Mar 18,  · I believe the problem is the driver for the Intel WiFi card agn. There is no Windows or Windows 10 driver for this card that I can find. Anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you! Only fix is to use old Vista drivers: Available from Fujitsu, search for “Fujitsu Vista Intel Wireless WiFi Link AGN & PRO Wireless ABG” or.

DDR3 support will be implemented by AMD much earlier than planned?

Initially, it was assumed that support for DDR3 memory will appear in AMD products only in the second half of 2021 along with the new Socket AM3 processor socket.

However, according to the information that has appeared, this may happen much earlier, since already processors with Socket AM2 + will be compatible with this promising type of memory.

This is indicated by the document BIOS and Kernel Developer’s Guide (BKDG) For AMD Family 10h Processors Advanced Micro Devices, posted on the manufacturer’s website. It says K10 architecture processors support DDR2 and DDR3.

Of course, support for DDR3 by the memory controller integrated into the processor does not mean that platforms designed for this type of memory will appear simultaneously with the release of Phenom, but one cannot exclude the appearance of motherboards with DDR3 support long before Socket AM3 is released.

Thus, AMD implemented support for DDR3 much faster than it did with DDR2 at the time. Recall that Intel’s P35, G33 chipsets released in May, as well as the upcoming X38 / 48 chipsets, can work with DDR3.
