Apple Remote Desktop 3.2 is unstable?

Many users have reported problems with the Mac OS X desktop management system, Apple Remote Desktop, after its recent update to version 3.2.

Some users of the Apple website support forum report that after updating Apple Remote Desktop, they are unable to connect to a remote Mac to administer it. Some of them managed to find a temporary solution, however, according to others, it does not work in all cases.

“The update completely deprived me of the ability to control any machine in the office, which is a thousand miles from me,” complains one of the users.

Apple has not yet provided a solution to troubleshoot Apple Remote Desktop issues and is not commenting on user feedback in any way.

Apple Remote Desktop Update 3.2 was released on October 17.
