Intel G35 first benchmarks
Of the rather numerous family of Intel Bearlake chipsets, the last to enter the market was the G35, the most productive and functional of the integrated solutions.
Its release went almost unnoticed, so far we have written only about a couple of ASUS motherboards based on it. However, it cannot be called uninteresting, as it is a solution that allows manufacturers to equip motherboards with HDMI output, which is becoming more and more relevant.
Of course, to date, there are solutions from GIGABYTE on the market based on the G33 and other manufacturers based on NVIDIA MCP73 with similar functionality, but unlike the G35, they do not have official support for processors with FSB 1333 MHz.
Our colleagues from OCWorkbench decided to test the integrated graphics of the G35 in the popular 3Dmark05 and 3Dmark06 tests and compare its performance with the G33 and exotic ATI RS600.
