The range of scores (95th – 5th percentile) for the Nvidia NVS M is just %. This is an extremely narrow range which indicates that the Nvidia NVS M performs superbly consistently under varying real world conditions. Does anyone know if it’s possible to use 3 displays (the laptop display, and two external monitors) on a HP Elitebook p laptop, with the NVS M GPU? Some pages I’m finding suggest they should support up to 4 displays, but when I try to enable a third, another display is disabled. I should also mention, that the NVS M is based on the Nvidia GT M, but it should be a 1GB DDR3 version. I don’t think there was a MB except for certain versions of it’s base chip (Again, the GT M). But I can confirm, it should perform the same or slightly better than any benchmarks/videos you see of the M. level 2.

That said, for gaming at p or lower, the GTX will allow decent frame rates at maximum settings for most games. Ahead of the annual convention, the HomePlug Powerline Alliance has approved a network control addition to the baseline specification. The agenda of the meeting of the alliance members includes a discussion of issues related to the unification of solutions, the differences between which impede the further advancement of the technology.

HomePlug Command and Control 1 Specification.0 provides a low-speed and cost-effective way of transmitting control signals that complements high-speed home power grid technology. It is said to link lighting fixtures, appliances and utility meters over wiring already used for broadband.

HomePlug Powerline Alliance members have been developing the control network since March 2021. Developers include companies such as Ariane Controls, Corporate Systems Engineering, GE, Huawei, LG Electronics and RadioShack.

The HomePlug group is currently working on a compatibility control program for related hardware. It is not yet clear when the work will be completed and the first products using this technology will appear on the market.

Regarding the unification of solutions for data transmission over the power grid, we are talking about a proposal made by Panasonic at the end of September to the IEEE 1901 group, which approves the standards for power lines. Today, HomePlug, Panasonic, and Spain’s DS2 are using competing and incompatible approaches to using power grids for data transmission. It is hoped that the final decision on standardization will be made by the IEEE.

Panasonic’s proposal is to enable multiple systems to operate simultaneously without mutual interference. Moreover, provided that the developers implement the appropriate physical layer interface, the systems could interoperate. Proponents of this approach are sure that the use of special gateways would make it possible to hide from consumers the incompatibility of equipment of previous releases.

Unfortunately, the described solution does not include DS2 technology. Spanish manufacturer has filed its own IEEE 1901 application on behalf of the Universal Powerline Association. Both proposals will be considered this month.

The experts note that the HomePlug group and Panasonic have a majority in IEEE 1901, which tilts the balance in favor of their proposal. Recall that HomePlug includes 75 companies, including CISCO, Comcast, Intel, Motorola, Sharp and Texas Instruments.
