Micron Technology made the smallest 1Gb DDR2 memory chip
announced today that the delivery of trial samples of a new
DDR2 memory, which have a density of 1 Gbit. This density was
achieved by Micron earlier, the new chips feature a new 68nm DRAM manufacturing process.
New manufacturing process combined with proprietary Micron 6F technology?
